You can do what you need to do without rushing, stressing or worrying. Rushing, stressing and worrying do not make things go faster and they do not create more hours in the day.
Take some time each morning to arrange your to-do list in order of priority. Focus on the first thing, get it done, then move on to the next thing.
2-3 times during the day, take a few seconds to do some deep breathing. Set the alarm on your phone to remind you. This will help keep you from getting frenzied, and help you control your life instead of letting it control you.
