Watch Your WordsOur cells retain emotion. Whatever you say and feel, your body will believe. If you believe you are healthy and strong, your body will respond accordingly.

Try not to “own” pain and illness. For example, try not to say “I have arthritis” or “I am getting old”. Instead say “I choose to have good health” or “I choose to have more activity in my life”. Your body will respond accordingly.
