Here are 5 tips for helping to maintain health, peace and balance in your life
1. Take 5 minutes a day to stop and really study something in nature
2. Once a week, reach out to a family member or friend who you haven’t talked to in a long time
3. Find a creative outlet (painting, woodworking, singing, gardening) and get lost in it once a week for 30 minutes
4. When you take a vacation, disconnect from all work communication
5. Get 7-9 hours of sleep every night
