Selfish

TheWordThe word “selfish” gets a bad rap. We need to practice some degree of selfishness in order to take care of ourselves. Giving is our life mission. But if we give and give without taking, we will deplete our energy. Practice a bit of healthy selfishness each day – read an inspirational book, listen to soothing music, take a nature walk or a bubble bath, laugh with a friend. Your energy is precious, take time to build it back up.
